Cloud Services

Google Drive

To facilitate some internal and external business operations such as email, document editing, and file delivery, we store, use, and share select data using Google’s, “Drive,” product. By emailing us, submitting any data to us in any way, by accepting a file delivery from us using a, “Google Drive Link,” you may be accessing a Google server with you computer and/or device.

Google facilitates data collection necessary to provide their digital services to us, and to you. This data may be collected with or without your knowledge, or may be submitted by us through internal, proprietary software solutions, document uploads, file uploads, etc.. This data includes but is not limited to any and all emails sent to us, voice calls and voice messages made to our personal and/or work phones, text messages sent to our personal and/or work phones, and more. TrustMasters, Cloud Services

In an effort to increase data security and reliability we have deployed our own proprietary cloud service solution, and starting in 2025 we will begin migrating most of our digital services such as document editing and storage, asset delivery, video calling, etc., to this solution. Clients may begin to receive assets via this service without notice. If you have any questions or for verification please reach out to your account coordinator.

Clover, Chase, and Bank of America

To facilitate payments by clients we utilize solutions by Clover, Chase, and Bank of America, which may at times collect your data to facilitate payments for engagements and services rendered.

Clover facilitates data collection necessary to remain in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. This data may include but is not limited to your name, address, and credit card information. This information is not collected automatically and must be entered into a payment processing terminal by presenting a physical card and/or transmitting certain other information as directed by the terminal.
