We had already had a trust in place but it was well out of date. My wife and I attended a TrustMasters Seminar. The information in the seminar was explained very well, and we then decided just to do a new trust. We were led through the process by the TrustMasters team; they made it very easy to do with a list of filings we needed to complete. The whole process was about six weeks for us, but it depends on how fast you get them your information.
