After my mother had a bad fall, we realized we urgently needed to put her affairs in order.

I called a couple of local attorneys with good reviews, but on the initial calls, they were very focused on my payment. The first thing they talked about was their rate before I even had a chance to explain anything. I didn’t even know what I needed, and they didn’t want to explain anything until I paid. It just didn’t feel right. They didn’t seem to care about us.

Then, a friend recommended TrustMasters. I initially spoke to Blaise. He really took the time to listen to our situation and answer all of our questions. This whole situation was a bit overwhelming and he was very patient and informative. He really helped us understand all our options so we could make an informed decision.

Then Tara really went the extra mile. She brought all our documents to the hospital. She very patiently explained everything to my Mom and me in detail. Then, she notarized and filed our documents on the same day. And finally they gave us a binder with all our documents neatly and clearly organized.

Getting our trust done really helped put everyone’s mind at ease, and we could not have done it without TrustMasters. I highly recommend them!
