A few weeks ago, we saw a TV commercial for TrustMasters (TM) in Reno. We were curious and since the commercial indicated that the initial workshop/consult was free, we made an appointment. We were a bit wary that we would be given a “hard sell rush.” Turned out that we need not have worried at all. We met with TM President Tara Jorgensen. There was no “rush,” there was no “hard sell.” What there WAS was an unhurried meeting during which Ms. Jorgensen first introduced herself, welcomed us, put us at ease, and then began a logical presentation. She established her credentials and then explained in everyday terms the purpose and advantage of a living trust. At no point did we feel lost or confused. When a question occurred to us, we asked and received a straight answer. By the time the hour was up, we were 100% confident that this agency was FIVE STAR! As the process of creating a LT progressed for us, we discovered that the agency was far BETTER than FIVE STAR! Ms. Arianna Perez-Mendoza worked with us every step of the way, and today, we are fully squared away. We both heartily recommend TrustMasters of Reno (and we send our most sincere Thanks to both Tara and Ari for all they have done for us). SIX STARS!!

We were looking for someone to do a will. Having set up a living trust for myself many years ago, I wasn’t sure what my friend needed to do. Well, Tara at TrustMasters came to the rescue! The entire process was explained, and knowing well that in Nevada, what you don’t want is “not to have your affairs in order.” Tara at TrustMasters did a masterful for my friend and we are so happy it was so easy. All our concerns were addressed, and we both highly recommend that if you are considering a will or want to set up a trust, you should definitely contact TrustMasters here in Reno.
