My wife and I moved from the Midwest to Venice. We realized we needed to update our will, power of attorney for finance, power of attorney for healthcare, etc. We attended a presentation by TrustMasters at our subdivision clubhouse. The presentation was very informative and we decided to follow up on this presentation with a meeting with the TrustMasters staff. After meeting with the TrustMasters staff, we decided to have them establish our trust, update our wills, power of attorneys, etc. TrustMasters was great to deal with in that they explained every document, why that document was important to the overall trust, and how each document supported the other documents of the trust. Our experience with TrustMasters started with a very informative seminar that explained why we needed a trust. Specific questions we had regarding our situation were addressed upfront, so we were confident that we should take the next step. Meeting with Evelyn at her home office efficiently addressed what we needed to accomplish the goals of our trust. The assignment to document what should go into the trust was well explained and easy to complete. She fielded questions we had there and readily returned calls and texts we we needed additional direction. Brian sorted through our information and accounts to create our trust document. They easily met their expected timing so we could set up the final review again at their home office. Unlike mortgage or car dealer closings, that final review and signing was pain-free.
We left with a trust we can fund and know we have our assets in order, thanks to TrustMasters.
